smoking-cessationSmokers are more likely to: get colds & flu, get cataracts & macular degeneration, have problems getting pregnant, become impotent, develop premature facial wrinkles, develop stomach ulcers, have memory problems, have problems sleeping or falling asleep.  Smokers are more likely to have shortness of breath & wheezing, have high blood pressure, have diabetes complications, have circulation problems, have gum disease & yellow teeth, and develop emphysema, chronic bronchitis or asthma.

Staying Angry

It seems that many people go through life staying angry.  Perhaps they have been hurt, wronged  or violated by someone.  They may feel justified about being angry and feel less vulnerable and more powerful by staying angry.  It could be they don’t know how to channel or let go of their anger. Instead, they stuff it, swallow it, run from it, medicate it, deny it, perpetuate it, impose it on others, or reward it.

Staying angry can manifest into depression, substance abuse and many physical ailments.  Staying angry may result in losing control, hurting others or ourselves.  It can also harden into resentments, bitterness and hatred.  There are many, healthy and constructive ways to deal with anger.  We are here to help you let go of the anger and experience calm and peace you were intended to have.
